The art is not good at first and gets better around chapter 20
The artist has the weird shoujo webtoon art style of drawing all women except for the female MC with masculine features like square jawlines, wide shoulders, ect...
The writing is sub par and feels like it was written by somebody with an IQ of 70 but I think that it is also very enjoyable and extremely easy to follow. It may also have been the translation I was reading dumbing it down a bit
