I came here looking for interesting interpretations of the last panels, but not to my surprise, nothing of value is being discussed.
People would rather bitch about some ecchi or nudity elements, like in the last chapter, than discuss such a big reveal. Hell, people can't even express common courtesy by morning the dead.

Regarding the art quality "drop", there was a certain decline when he first started drawing digital. It's expected as the artist needs to adopt a new workflow. But the last volumes were spectacular, I don't see the issue. And most of the highly regarded mangakas are making their art digitally nowadays like with Oku Hiroya and Sakamoto Shinichi.
