Is bringing in a new bey that’s never been seen before tournament legal? And for that matter, why would he only release a single version of the quick beys? Make it a chain or something instead of just a single type. If Phoenix Feather becomes meta, that’s only going to drive casual fans away with only a single design.

Lmao, how is the layer make the bey faster? It should be the bit, what he should be doing is mass produced the gf bit since that is the reason why his Phoenix Wing can go that fast, you could argue the reason because the old layer can't handle the X dash speed, but it get contradicted when Hellscythe probably doesn't have any burst resistance when it was designed can do X dash normally without bursting.
