Another Bizarre Volume indeed; I do feel like the sudden flashbacks here for two volumes were kinda bizarrely timed. One would suspect i'm used to this already when reading something from Urasawa but, yeesh. The Plot just started moving! Anyhow, we've got more Kevin, we got lot's of Ninja, and actually a pretty good ninja story too!
