This might be a bit of a sidetrack, and overdue. But I find it curious more manga on fantasy settings don't have the MC wield dual blades like Sophia does here.

It's very cool....and comes with tons of disadvantages which is why it's not realistic. But most of those disadvantages fall away for a fantasy magic caster who doesn't need free hands to cast magic and fights monsters who don't use shields or armor.

Or, well, technically he revealed said that he had been granted a single bottle of elixir to use at his discretion, and we were shown that he used just a tiny amount on her. So at least it was clearly presented earlier (and I have been waiting for it to be used since the first time they "killed" the Xiao attendant)
