yes they are all uranus agents disguised as students, uranus has been recruiting students in his class etc, i think the way he does it is with fusion, I doubt uranus has had sleeper agents in the class for years, i think its like the spider girl, they simply fused with one of the students and stole their identity,
think of this like fusions in yugioh or something. using polymerization to fuse into a new entity
