The author is actually godly, in the top 0,1% of artists. The issue most readers have is not with the art itself, but with the design choice for certain "parts", it's a style and certainly not one most people like... reminds me quite a bit of Inoue Kiyoshirou / Perestroika (search at your own risk), but a lot more comically exaggerated, into the raunchy territory.
Author is clearly gunning for absurd comedy using erotica as a medium, and I guess also some classic love comedy tropes, and he's certainly getting the expected reaction with you all pulling your hair at the MC not doing the obvious lol.

if you saw some comments before, well tbh this is an adaptation and the manga artist... Idk why they draw it like that. They look pretty fine in the novel. Heck even the cover of this manga is not that bad

EDIT: iirc I have read the artist previous works and I'm pretty sure the nipples just fine in there, uhm.. well it didn't show nipples, just the breast. So maybe it is the artist kink to draw nipples like that
