(basically Muen have all Recessive Dere-trait in the family according to "Mendel's Laws of Inheritance")

A chart to help illustrate; assume both parents are tsundere:

X⬇️/Y➡️	Dominant	Recessive
Dominant	Tsun	Tsun
Recessive	Tsun	Dere

With this chart, we can illustrate that as the Tsun trait is dominant across both the X and Y chromosomes, no matter what, if the Tsun trait is present, the child will be Tsundere, like Noah. But there is the rare chance for the child to receive the recessive Dere trait from both parents, resulting in a Deredere, like Muen.
