I don't read this manga (but am interested in starting it), is the series ending? These chapter titles sound like the end of the series, and the 12th volume cover looks like the sort of cover that a final volume would get. If it's about to end soon, I'll just wait and read it all then, but if it's still ongoing then I may as well pick it up now.
