Agreed. Ever since BC switched to that 3 or 4 month release cycle or whatever both the flow and pacing have become absolute ass. I guess that they're trying to move the plot as far along as possible with each upload to make up for the long wait, but as a result the flow is so damn bad. Some panels still work together, but oftentimes going from one panel to the next feels like a couple of pages have been skipped.
It doesn't help that they're also giving us multiple different character perspectives with each chapter, and not that there's anything wrong with that, but with how bad the flow is, even between panels, it gets pretty jarring. The chapter before this one showed Asta's mom standing against them, only for her to just disappear one panel later, with it not clear what exactly even happened.
