So far I have only read the sealed chapters of Black Jack, but this one is pretty mild compared to the others.
This chapter is apparently sealed because Tezuka received fan letters that disagreed with his idea of what entrance exams were. Whether it was the generational gap between the author and readers or that Tezuka killed the character even though he tried his hardest in life, which is kind of similar to the Japanies working mentality where one works until death, which isn't too encouraging mentality to tell the youth.
The final line is especially close to home with Tezuka, who famously still was working to his dying moment, his last words "Please let me work". BJ - "Would anyone be satisfied with dying"
