I know i've read more unrealistic mangas but damn this resolution still make on sense to me. She kidnapped her own cousin and put her in a fridge room, no matter of a saint you are and god know they're not, you can't just brush that over because muh family. Being sorry here is far for being enough. I don't normally complain about bullshit resolution but this one is a bit too much to handle. Hope the last volume is less drama and more comedy, if i juge by the cover, we might go to the marriage so i kinda hope it will go without problemd.

I feel genuinely sorry for anyone who believes that having a powerful sense of forgiveness is purely an unrealistic trope for fiction. All the characters here are shown to have incredibly strong mental fortitude, so there's no reason why they wouldn't smartly choose to forgive and forget, both for their own sake as much as for the person who's done them wrong.

@Kellizer-Levvit nope, doesn’t work like this. Here we are far beyond “powerful sense of forgiveness” because the bull*hit she did was too much; NO ONE in the world would have chose not only to brush it off, but even welcoming her in the family.
If what she’s done would only be school-related, maybe it could be ok. But c’mon, her actions would have killed someone and another girl would have been raped. At what extent you can forgive someone?

Pretty much agree with emMeBi86, what happened is pretty beyond the point of a strong 'forgive and forget' situation, at least for Lily I'd bet at the very least - Rikorisu would have damn near killed Lily and by extension nearly did kill Yukimi, yet all seems to have been forgiven and forgotten relatively fast. Less we forget, Lily nearly had her last family member (that had been around for her) stolen away from her and how angry she was in the hospital, and in this chapter they all seem to have just brushed past what she did with relative ease (Yukimi seems like she would be the only one in the scenario that would forgive, but she's always been portrayed as a more saintly character).
