Ahhh what a flashback. Tite is so good at doing character design and doing cool stuff, and SO SO BAD at doing plot (because the only thing he actually wants to do is design cool new characters). If only he'd had an actual writer for the series.

dude, it’s wild to see how much changed between pre and post serialization. but at the same time quite a few things stayed the same, like the fact ichigo could always see dead people, the hole in the chests of hollows, and while it was changed to orihime’s brother instead of father, the reason for their hollowization pretty much stayed the same. to whoever gave kubo a chance to show what he could do, and allowed bleach to become what it is now, you have mine, and all of bleach’s fans‘ eternal gratitude
