Also, not tryna blame the cops for Seiichi's actions, but they have contributed to the detiriation of Seiichi's mental health with how they mishandled the investigation. Bringing Sei to the scene of crime was a horrible idea and it brought so many things that he couldn't yet properly handle. Also why wasn't he in therapy?
