According to the dev, sensei is meant to look like you, this is just simply one of the most common way people visualize sensei (beside the poorly drawn one)

I appreciate the TL effort, truly, but... Who in their right mind would change the name order in our day and age, when even the official TL has it in the original Japanese one... By lord, some things just never-ever change, now do they..
