In short, as the chapter mentions Takimoto had a kerfuffle with her Family, where she was told to focus more on her studies than the Club. which leads to the Section B thinks that she doubling down on her.
Aono (I think around chapter 43-45) basically helped her to understand and sealed her decision on what should she be focusing on / she can make amends (or compromise) both on her family and then the Club at the same time. Thus leading to this.
