Ok good it's not just me. Shes kinda BAD.

Also it's fun seeing the students realize the Geidai staff aren't the be all end all of artistic critique. They bring their own biases and personal taste to evaluations. The fact that Yatora could get praise from a famous artist but not from his professor speaks volumes.
