I don't know who's under the mask, but an interesting detail (easter egg?) is that Blue Ursus' jacket says "Nambu" which is the same brand that Sena Riko uses in ISSK (a fighter with a similar build than BU). Probably nothing, but I found it odd, tbh.

That's a good catch. There are a lot of clothing with the name Nambu or the symbol in Kengan Ashura and Omega. This is an Easter egg to the author's first webcomic, Fist of the Seeker, which is also canon to all his series. Nambu is a character from this series. He is not strong or important; he is more of a gag character similar to Pandaman in One Piece.
