If I'm not mistaken, minors can't be depicted drinking alcohol in manga, so that's why Maya gets drunk drinking juice, lol.

I still don't understand what the boundary of depicting highschool age in manga. They can show violence and even gore, they can be super raunchy and sexualize. But oh no, can't drink alcohol because they're still underage guys.
