Depending on the previous otherworlder kojiro, quite a few things may have been brought over already. If he was into Americana/western(cana?) before the war, he could have introduced things he knew about. It would be tricky making a zipper on an anvil but a Dwarf could probably pull off the multiple little pieces needed. They already copied a watch, which is way worse in the small precise pieces department.

his magical inventory replenish things every 24 hours, does that mean if he leaves the bike out of his inventory it will be replenished? or would it have to be destroyed first? what counts as destroyed? bbeyond repair or just disabled but repairable? if so, break something thats easy to fix in this world, wait for it to be replenished in the inventory, fix it and bring out the new one =proffit.
seriously, authors who introduce such op powers seriously need to elaborate on how they actually work to avoid readers trashing the MC for being a absolute moron for not exploiting his abilities.
