Looks like he used his spirit contracts to temporarily merge with the Light and Water spirits, then pulled all of the water out of the Ogre's body and used it to heal the Lamia.

People seem to forget that the Snake lady was about to kill him when to drink his fluids and claimed she would torture his friends before she was part of the team... anyway. The kitty is just too cute, I just can't.
I just hope the gay demon lord doesn't become part of the team, or at least get added to never be seen again or only once in a blue moon.
