Are you dumb that's how most ordinary mages are in fantasy worlds they say incantations while their party members protect them the bonus in this though is that the MC has a book of all powerful spells with no cool down since it uses no mana

the premise sounds pretty good. Art is nice, has its own personality.
As long as it doesnt become slop, the author has a plan and nothing falls off (art, story, etc)... has potential to be good?
