NGL this will be my first game in the franchise, I'm just itching to play a Mech Game and I think Armored Core VI will be a good start for me, I think I'll pick RAVEN?(I looked it up online)

I've played all of them except the first and Master of Arena. Any entry is good if I'm being honest, but the Portable entries are a little stripped down graphically. Although I do warn that IV is a rough entry because it has more of an onus on reaction time and the effective build variety is a bit more limited. Ever tried punching through that shield with just a pair of MGs?

I will say the 3 continuity is arguably the easiest to get into, barring Last Raven. Those games are easy to emulate as well if you don't have a PS2. Last Raven has routes that are frustratingly difficult if you are still internalizing things. They have extensive parts lists and encourage various builds. Vanilla 3 and Silent Line have all the elements to learn although a lot of people have difficulty with the old control scheme. In that regard, V is easy to pickup. I'm the opposite, I used the old scheme so long I don't think about it.

As for Ravens, one of my and my brother's favorite quotes comes from the Raven Nocturne:
We’re both Ravens...just do what comes naturally. Don’t think about it.
Lynxes take things too personally. A Raven is paid to be there and to, most importantly, get the job done when no one else can.
