Now this was a big lore drop. It does not only explain why Mina was able to develop human emotions, but also why her entire series seems be so human-like

Hmmm, I don't know how to feel about this chapter. Wasn't it kind of Mina's appeal that despite being such a basic robot model she still developed a personality and feelings for the MC? Now we get told that was always one of her functions, takes a bit away from the wonder in my opinion.

Yeah I don't know. I think it's bringing in a bit of believability to it. Author san has been hinting about Mina's previous owner all the way though this. Looks like Mina is the original OG
