Yeah, this is a classic trope to create some kind of suspense near the ending to then solve it. Some nonsense reason of someone just going away.

Honestly, I would've liked it more if the parents found out, got very angry at Miu, who then decided to just leave the house and live alone, and two years later they just all come to visit.

Hasn't been in the latest two issues of the magazine nor is it sold separately from what I can tell. It's purely included in a ridiculously expensive full color special edition and it's not a lot of pages by the looks of it so I won't buy it just for that when I already have all the other chapters in other ways. My apologies.
