I'm wondering what the max party size is. I'd have almost had everyone in the same party to share the shitload of xp they're getting. Though I guess if most of the girls don't have the mindset to fight, it could end up being a waste.

Either way, it's something I'd expect them to do later on. If everyone can deal with an orc or two, they'd all be better off in the long run.

The more people in the party, the less exp they get per person, meaning it will take much longer to level up.
Given how frequent they encounter orcs, it is much better to focus leveling up the main party.
And those in the main party needs resolve.
