The dangerous one is Mimori.
She's the one who came with all the plan to exploit everyone's weakness and make them too dependent on it to escape.
Haruka is not a genius who can see hints about the girls psychological state or their insecurity and use it to enter their heart.
Haruka himself always have inferiority when comparing himself with the girls, and bit angry about how his life is going. But normally he could still live it out like he already did outside or at the beginning of the story.
Whether she intended it or not, Mimori is making him drunk and addicted to that power rush so he can't even think of refusing. Whatever hesitation or care Haruka had for the girls, it got drown in the pleasure and Mimori telling him it's okay, giving him justification, and rewriting what they see as normal in the isolated space.

All the people replying, but not knowing what they're talking about lol. Take it from a sub who's with and taught by a dom of 20 years of experience, I know what's going on here. The dude is a sadist, and ironically enough, what sadists hate the most is complete subjugation, because the act of subjugating is what's enjoyable. You can't break something that's broken. Take Asuka for example, she's subjugated enough to not fight back completely, but not subjugated enough that she feels she can talk back resulting in her punishment and fun for Haruka. Asuka doesn't rely completely on Haruka, which he likes. Seira basically asks him every time she breathes now, making her basically a fleshlight which is boring. He might as well be using his hand.

Mimori is terrifying. I honestly half expect her to reveal she's actually a demon. A succubus maybe? Either way, I'm 99.99% certain the big reveal is that she put up the wall, and is building Haruka up just to switch to domme mode, and tear him down. Most likely I think she got magical powers somehow, but she actually despises Haruka. My guess is during his glory days in high school, he bullied her (or raped her knowing Haruka) and forgot. Now she's building him up to where he was in high school, just to bring him down as revenge.

From the early chapters, high school Haruka seems to be a popular and normal person. Not the kind to bully or rape girls.
It seems his character development took turn to the worse because his life after school is like from heaven to hell. He can't find a decent job in the work competition. Meanwhile the girls all are doing well. Kanae got married, the other has jobs. Seira and Mugi even have prestigious profession such as lawyer and doctor. Meanwhile Haruka is surviving on part time job and got no friend.
That's why the offering Mimori gives him is so sweet. Those girls who are doing so well in life, all of them are licking his feet. They need him more than anything now. He is dominating, above them. Why would he want to give all those up to return back to when he always compared himself to them and feeling inferior.
...probably male's ego isn't it? They can only feel safe when being in unchallenged position. Meanwhile the girls have the choice of feeling safe when they're in control, or when assured there's someone who will protect them.

Yeah, so it would seem. We don't actually know much about him, and he's clearly very sexual based on the comments about his strangely high libido. I've only come to this conclusion because I've read the author's other works and they always follow this pattern. Domme dominates sub -> the sub switches -> and dominates the domme, usually in revenge. If this isn't the same pattern, it'd be a welcome surprise.

The one big flaw in their reasoning is that the rest of the group doesn't know that it's Haruka who calls the shots, so in the case of something going wrong it will be Seira who will eat all the blame. It's kinda lose-lose situation for her.
Her name's Azumi, not Asuka...
^This. This seems to me like either a plothole missed by the author, or it's intentional, and meant to be a miss by Mimori and Haruka. Or maybe Mimori hasn't missed it at all, and is ignoring it on purpose...She's certainly devious enough to pull something like that...She might be doing it as a safety net to protect her precious Haruka from any potential backlash if his decisions go wrong. But damn, that's cold towards Seira after all that effort to "help" her...
