@l0liconn posting this in case it is your mistake rather than the author's. Yeast are not bacteria. Like bacteria, they are microbes, but they are protists, (single-cell eukaryotes). Mentioning this, just in case you were swapping the word 'microbe' and 'bacteria' in the TL. If it was the author, than oh well.
