An Agricultural Co-op is pretty much what it sounds like. The farmers and ranchers join together to get better deals when buying and selling things, and they'll schedule help for getting things done especially during harvest time when everything is ready to harvest at once! At some point it basically becomes a guild where the co-op buys equipment to loan it out to the members, you pay dues, etc. It might be hard in some towns to get anyone to deal with you at all if you're not a member. Like a guild!
