Disc rot is real, plastic degrades and aluminium corrodes. Though it could have been the TV, or even interference with the any of the electronics.
Also 200 years does a lot of heavy lifting.
To be fair, that's in a secret military bunker that's (potentially) hundreds of feet underground; that's going to have better EMP shielding than a random shopping mall.Seeing that the electricity is still working after all that's happened I doubt it was an EMP
