Damn, he instantly flew to the fight, badass. That's why I never would want a precognition ability.

So Yoda is confirmed dead? -and Boruto is about to stray from the course due to personal feelings. I wonder what kinda future he saw that inevitably resulted in Boruto dying for these decisions. As for Sarada, a bit different Mangekyo Sharingan than a lot of people were guessing, it being an off shoot of Kamui, but naw it’s just Black holes that have their own gravitational force that she can pick and choose what objects it exerts that force on.

Sarada had mental block due to her conflicted feelings about Boruto, Yodo's dying words made Sarada unlock it. I don't think anyone immediate knew Sarada had unlock ms. Sasuke told Boruto that she will figure it out eventually, and Boruto complied by not telling.

They still need to put the Thorn Bulbs to their hosts, otherwise, Matsuri and Ryu will just respawn again

I don't know how Araki could make his JoJo pose but not felt stupid like Ikemoto's
I think it boils down to a difference in approach. JoJo makes it clear from the get-go that it's that kind of manga, flamboyant and weird in a very self-aware manner. The same pose striking feels completely different in Boruto, it feels like annoying and exagerated teenage angst, like manufactured drama and logic/plot twisted into weird shapes just to have the characters strike a cool pose, no matter how corny and cheap it feels. JoJo owns that shit because it's clear that it's weird and over the top so it ends up likeable, but Boruto actually takes it seriously. Like, we're supposed to not cringe at a ninja, a mercenary in a freaking war, wearing her jacket on her elbows like that? Or Boruto's endless "you are already dead/I'm behind you" moments? You wanna strike poses, fine, strike em. But then laugh at it because it's stupid, do a Sailor Moon and own that shit by being silly. Have Boruto ask Sarada if one of her arms is colder or something. Don't just stare off into the distance while you monologue about your teen romance. Early Naruto had no qualms about being silly, there were entire pages dedicated to toilet jokes. And that was a much, much better manga. Or don't do that, stay serious and gloomy, but then ffs drop the fashion show nonsense. At its best, Naruto characters were basically pro soldiers, cool, ruthless and get-shit-done kinda people. Think Itachi, ANBU, Kakashi etc. Boruto characters feel more like Jpop idols with superpowers. But all that's just the inevitable consequence of badly pivoting the manga to a younger audience and ditching Kishimoto during a crucial phase, I guess. Sorry for the rant.
