I understand we're you coming from, but let's be honest, does she look like the type of character to dress up in monocle appropriate clothing. Personally I feel like it wouldn't work that's why I say glasses, sure it a bit higher on the scales but it can be utilized in many attire with varying personalities and still work. To conclude my opinion, I cast to the side the idea of monocle in favor of her being bespectacled, with the one exception being if she dresses as a successful capitalist entrepreneur that includes the usage of a top hat in her attire.
Also i like girls with glasses.
