The ss in this manga isn't so much of a manga SS. Usually manga ss's are drawn and written completely new for the manga or part of the novel ss. For this manga, the ss is actually part of the novel. It just didn't make it into the manga main story due to editing out unnecessary bits for the main story flow.
Seemed silly to defer releasing this ss for next month for only 9 pages, so I just bundled it with this chapter.

He's very confused about his feelings for her sometimes it seems. Like he cares about her more than just a "friend" would, but at the same time his incestuous love is masking his feelings on that front. Either way they're probably formed in part by their shared bond with his terminally ill sister, so it's definitely not healthy and likely a form of trauma bonding.

Then again this whole series is VERY UNHEALTHY so not a surprise lol. Just enough angst to get my dead heart moving, but not enough because MC is in on it that it's too much

I think Noah meant that he’s glad Rachel’s love for Alicia is sincere; that she actually cares for his sister deeply, just like Alicia cares about her as well.

Wowowow that Noah's remark about Alicia's unrequited love, so is it really Alicia having a crush on Rachel?? And Noah really believes that Rachel feels the same way as Alicia hence his apology for breaking her up with her secret crush? A literal Yuri route if Alicia makes it to years to come? 😶
