I've assumed the reason is because most of the ppl he's gathered are somewhat amateurish and can actually get a fight going, whereas she would just crush everyone easily. In the same way just jumping someone mob style is boring, it'd be boring to just watch her beat everyone up. Watching someone clutch a 1v20 tho would be entertaining af so he'll probably allow it
