Spotting the similarities may actually be harder than spotting difference but here it goes anyways

• The monster eye on the center of the page (just the eye)
• Megumi's left shoe
• The monster feet that came from boxes, transform into Jingu's feet
• Both of Megumi's arms who then become monster arms
• There's a cube next to Koji's head who then ends hovering on Kyoko's hand
• The lid of the box from which the finger monster is coming up, then becomes the base of a floating closed box
• There's the silhouette of a visual illusion face on the upper left corner of the panel
• Kyoko's left hand becomes Megumi's left hand
• This one may be a bit of a stretch but Jingu is holding onto a rectangle that looks like a smartphone, that particular rectangle then becomes the inner face of a flying cube

I'll be real this running away from the amalgams bit is killing my interest big time. It's been half the series at this point and it's kinda just felt like filler content.
