absolutely insane the foreshadowing that was done just to build up to this moment. it even makes sense too, uryu was the one to jump and she was hugging him, so his body was on the bottom.
it is odd though why she accepted her death with him. maybe with uryu she realized not everything in her life was right?

Bro... at this point, I'm way more invested in Esemori and Yuko's (especially) story than Reiji's lol. I want them to have a "happy ending" (as much as this genre of manga will allow) even more than Reiji and friends lol. I still somewhat care about Nagi, but not as much as I care about this old couple from the past. They've completely won me over with this extended flashback. Masterful writing by author-san.

Idk their stories are quite similar. But I think Esemori's story has simplier plot and more interesting emotional side. These people have real feelings to each other comparing to Rei's life where everyone's selfish insane morons.
