Yeah, because of the "challenge" they started, all the buzz will be around Louis's version, so they're going to play off the guy who stole it as one of the people that was doing the challenge and push for Louis since it'll make them more money.

I don't know if it'll come into play, but last chapter they also said that his contract was as an artist and not a composer, so he had no obligation to play by their rules when they took his song.
