[Mainsite] Broken Language filter for chpters

On website (Firefox) instead of little icons with languages I see text that said : "English/Russian/Spanish flag icon"

Works for me (FF109), clear your browser cache for MD and check again?

Clearing the page cache with ctrl+shift+r in Chrome worked for me.

Based on inspecting the html before & after, it looks like the location of the flags moved around from

/flags/*.svg

to

/img/flags/*.svg
