Well that was... basically nothing. "I wanted to kill myself but then thought of my sister(?) and didn't." The drama doesn't really have much of an impact as we are merely told that things suck for her by her narration and fragmentary images devoid of context rather than being shown through coherent storytelling, add to that, unless this is incesty or I'm misreading the relationship between the protagonist and the character she's musing about, this isn't girl's love either.
