There's three pages:
The page where Hirota receives chocolate.
Page 2, where Hajime is surrounded by girls.
Page 3, where Hirota gives Hajime a White Day gift.

Kinda confused why we have page 2, page 1, and then no page 3, the artist even labelled the second one as 1/2 and 2/2.
