Great work on this, thank you so much for picking up an overlooked old Fukumoto series! I hope someday we'll have his whole ouvre in English.

I love how he depicts this whole standoff with the horse... At once you can understand how they see the horse as wild and dangerous, the power is really there. But there's a clarity in his eyes that FKMT brings out really well, you can see the inner feelings that our protagonist gleans too. Really excellent stuff. I never would have guessed he'd be able to draw a horse so well lol.

i usually dont fw old fkmt stuff but this is kind of moving me to be honest, i loved chapter 2 alot and tetsuo's character is growing on me, especially after chapter 3 (except for 1 icky thing but you'll see it when we drop the chapter)
