Good afternoon, I would like to know if there is any issue with translating this manga:
Ie ga Moete Jinsei Dou Demo Yoku Natta kara, Nokotta Nakenashi no Kane de Dark Elf no Dorei o Katta

I noticed that there was a previous translation, but it was either removed or discontinued. I would like to know if there is any problem with proceeding; otherwise, I will be working on the translation into Brazilian Portuguese (PT-BR).

I understand... Could proceeding with a new translation cause any issues for the platform? If not, I wouldn’t mind translating the manga, even if it might be removed later, as long as it doesn’t affect my account or the platform. Can you confirm if it’s safe to proceed in this case? @Angry_Panda

Some of the impacted works are still being translated and chapters uploaded here.
In case of another strike the chapters will be deleted but if you don't break other rules your account should not be affected.
Make sure you don't put any infornation the rightful owners can use against you. In fact, you might even want to avoid adding credits.

What @GipoScribantino said. The site's going to ask you to confirm you have permission to upload the chapters (via a checkbox), and given the title's been hit once, it's now probably on the publisher's radar. I'm not a lawyer and can't/won't speak to 'safety'/legality.

Perfect, thank you very much for the help, @GipoScribantino and @Angry_Panda. My concern was that I might end up harming the platform and consequently my account as well, but if, in the worst case, the work will be deleted, I'm okay with that
