this manga is quite similar too Dokyuu Hentai HxEros that's why I thought HxEros was the one I was looking for because it had somewhat similar premise the difference is the MC in that manga is the cool type kuudere (but it's because of his erectile dysfunction)

the stuff I remember similar to HxEros the MC is also fighting things in relation with ecchi stuff though here he is using a light sword and the sword gets stronger the more aroused he is but because of his erectile dysfunction so the light sword doesn't go hard
