I remember when i read a manga which was about a guy with sunglasses and his black long haired sidekick who is surprisingly good at close combat. They are running a book store camouflaged as a secretary service for taking revenge on a person by torturing them to death for example I can remember the two tortured a 3 head group of bullies and a teacher with blow torch. Whenever a customer wants to take the service he has to buy a book and say a secret line. In the middle of the story a young girl with glasses joined the duo who got her whole family murdered. The manga has also a sequel.
