Can't remember the title of one manga I read before

Its a story about a teacher and a student where the student confessed to the teacher but things are put on hold until his graduation. I know that seems a bit vague but the most I can remember is that the student had a pretty lazy attitude and that at one point in the story, they introduced another rival in the form of male teacher who used to be classmates with the heroine.

Oh, I read this story. One of the cutest drama-free romance manga that I've read in recent times, the love between a student and his teacher and how it grows.
