Can't Remove a Manga From My Library

I added a manga (Toilet-bound Hanako-kun) to my library under "Plan to Read" last week. Since then, I have tried multiple times to move it to "Dropped" or remove it from my library completely. Every time I try to, the page says it successfully moved the manga. However, when I check my library or refresh the page, it hasn't moved from "Plan to Read."

Before and after the manipulation for dropping the manga, use ctrl + F5 to refresh the page without using your web browser cache. It may help, even if i doubt it.
