Can't Upload help

Hello support staff, I'm trying to upload chapter 42 for S-kyuu Guild wo Tsuihousareta but everytime i try to upload it. It say "Chapter not found" i know usually wait 1 or 2 minute for the chapter to show but i have tried uploading it 4 times it still not showing. Thank you.
