the fact that they don't show her face makes it seem like a red herring and not actually Mayu
But it would be fun if that was just a trick to mess with really experienced manga readers who would assume that it's just a red herring and feel confident that Mayu wasn't getting banged so that they'd have the same nasty surprise as newb manga readers.
