Anybody has any info? There a "La mosca" from the same author on MangaDex but it's completely different somehow.

As far as I know, this new La Mosca is a remake of the one in Mangadex. If I were to guess, he used the premise of the original to make something different.

Oh, that makes sense. I didn't read anything from the one here, when I said "completely different" I was only comparing it visually to the raws.

Well, you'll have to read it, but there is in fact a reason for it. That manhwa is… kind of a fever dream, to be honest.
