Might have came back due to how fire is still around thus it's easy to make flamethrowers again in the modern era. Like how nukes came back eventually. That or he wasn't really eaten.

Chainsawman deletes concepts by eating corresponding devils. Barem is neither a concept nor a devil. If anything the flammenwerfer devil is gonne so flamethrowers no longer exist, but flamethrowers didn't kill Nayuta, Barem did (probably), so that changes nothing.
